About the job
You will lead the Group Quality & Regulatory department. You will play a central role in driving, developing, and safeguarding the quality and compliance of the products in close collaboration with site leaders and stakeholders across the business.

Right now, we are strengthening our global Quality & Regulatory setup to ensure high, consistent standards across all production sites. You will help us define “what good looks like,” building alignment and best practices so that we continue to deliver good experiences to consumers around the world.

As our new Head of Quality & Regulatory, you will set the strategic direction while ensuring we meet operational needs, leading the QC Lab team, the Complaints team, and the Regulatory function.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the Quality & Regulatory teams
• Managing and coaching the Regulatory Manager, ensuring strong execution on regulatory compliance, labeling, and legal requirements.
• Driving Group Quality & Regulatory strategies, policies, and standards.
• Ensuring consistent HACCP alignment and audit planning across sites.
• Leading global QA/RA projects and initiating best practice sharing across sites.
• Providing risk assessment and crisis management support when needed.
• Building and maintaining close collaboration with production units and key stakeholders.
• Representing the company externally with authorities, certification bodies, and customers.

You will be part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, playing an important role in setting priorities, shaping strategies, and securing quality and compliance across the company.

What you bring
You are a strong leader with the ability to create alignment across countries and cultures. You are comfortable navigating at executive level while also engaging with teams on the shop floor. You combine a structured, risk-based approach with the ability to communicate complex requirements in a simple and business-oriented way.

In addition, you:

• Have solid leadership experience (5–7+ years) within Quality & Regulatory in the food or FMCG industry.
• Are well-organized, proactive, and able to maintain an objective, high-level focus.
• Have strong quality awareness and “know what good looks like.”
• Hold a relevant academic degree (e.g., Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Food Legislation).
• Having knowledge of certifications and standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP); familiarity with Rainforest Alliance, ISO 28000 or IKEA standards is an advantage.
• Speak and write English effortlessly; Danish skills are an advantage.
• Have flexibility to travel 20–30 days per year, primarily within EU
