Quality and compliance are at the top of the agenda in Lundbeck’s global IT organization. As they are continuing to strengthen their governance and ways or working, they are looking for a passionate and self-drive IT Quality Specialist – someone who thrives on driving change, challenging the status quo and building smarter processes across IT.

IT Compliance & Processes

You will become a part a team responsible for continuously improving, planning and implementing their IT Quality Systems, supporting both business-critical and GxP-relevant initiatives. You will be working closely with especially our IT QA team, but also a wide group of vendors, employees across IT, IT management and internal inspection leads.

Your new role

You will be a central part in securing a raising quality level in IT, both in terms of training of employees and consultants, communication, general internal awareness and not least consistency and improvements of compliance and processes. You will be responsible for a number of quality and compliance related projects – from smaller system integrations to larger-scale initiatives, ensuring effective reporting, documentation and continuous improvement.

Key areas of responsibilities will be:

-    - Drive and coordinate IT quality and compliance across Global IT

-    - Frontrunner in raising the quality level & ownership in Global IT

-    - Assisting in qualification, QMS Improvement and other related tasks

-    - Document management

-    - Audit & inspections

-    - Communication and collaboration with main stakeholders

What you bring to the team

We imagine that you have a solid experience (+4 years) working with quality or compliance in a GxP setting. You may come from an IT, QA, or governance background, but what truly defines you is your initiative, structure, and ability to make things happen.

Being successful in this role requires personal skills like:

-    - Being systematic and organized as well as pragmatic and solutions oriented.

-    - You are strong in both verbal and written communication.

-    - You are a strong facilitator and enjoy bridging the communication between IT stakeholders and the central IT QA function as well as other stakeholders.
